Our high-end Community is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant General Manager for our Continuing Care (assisted living, skilled nursing) facility.
In this role, you will oversee the efficiency of the dining rooms, in-room dining program, kitchen, and resident meal service in family dining areas and ensures compliance with all Federal, State and Local regulations and is provided with a hospitality focus. You will also be responsible for hiring, training, scheduling, payroll, performance planning, policy compliance, and mentoring of the front-of-house staff.
Compensation: Commensurate with experience starting at $55,000 / annual
$7,000 Sign-On-Bonus
